RECIPE
Add the ingredients to the jar in this order
1 Pastured organic egg (or the best quality you can get)
1 teaspoon Apple cider Vinegar
Pinch of salt
3/4 to 1 cup avocado oil
Put sticker blender all the way to the bottom of the jar and hold button on until most of the mayo comes together, then you can start to lift and turn to get the oil on the top to emulsify.
