2. Entry:

Each purchase of Cardio Miracle grants one entry into the raffle.
Participants may enter multiple times, with each purchase counting as a separate entry.

3. Raffle Period:

Raffle start August 12, 2024 and ends August 23,2024
Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

4. Drawing and Notification:

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
The drawing will take place on August 26, 2024. (during the show)
The winner will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of entry (e.g., email, phone).

5. Prize:

The winner will receive 2 tickets to the Tucker Carlson Tour | September 7, 2024 | Delta Center, Salt Lake City Utah. There will be 2 winners of 2 tickets each.
These tickets are non-transferable, no cash alternative.

6. Claiming the Prize:

The winner must claim their prize within 24 hours after notification via a call back to TribeCare 855-800-3835. If there is no answer, don't forget to leave a message.
If the prize is not claimed within the time frame, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Disqualification:

Entries that do not meet the rules or are incomplete may be disqualified.
